10--11am: Lobbying Orientation/Training for General Participants—Convention Center meeting room 6, Empire State Plaza, Albany
11--12pm: Event Kick-Off (Press Conference)—Convention Center meeting room 6, Empire State Plaza, Albany
12--1pm: Lunch/Explanation of Afternoon Schedule & General Information—Convention Center meeting room 6, Empire State Plaza, Albany
1--4:30pm: Lobbying Visits (1/2 hour blocks)—State Capitol and Legislative Office Building
  • Detailed meeting schedules will be given out to each participant during the Lobbying Orientation from 10am--1pm. Participants with 1pm meetings will need to leave the meeting room by 12:40pm since they will need to go through security to get into the Capitol and Legislative Office Building.
  • Due to the Legislators' busy schedules, some meetings may need to take place prior to 1pm, but the majority of meetings will be scheduled during this time frame and the last meetings will be scheduled for 4pm.
